We have both Demarec and Verachtert/Caterpillar multi-processors available in our hire fleet, to suit excavators from 18 to 85 tonnes. 

Promove multi-processors are also available to suit mini-midi excavators.

Multi-Processor Jaw Sets

Mutley Plant Service are a leading supplier of jaw sets to suit Demarec, Verachtert/Caterpillar and Promove multi-processors.

Demarec jaw sets include, C combi jaws, D demolition jaws, P pulveriser jaws, S steel jaws, T tank jaws and U universal jaws.

Verachtert/Caterpillar jaw sets include, VT K primary pulveriser, VT B concrete crusher, VT C concrete cutter, VT P secondary pulveriser, VT S steel jaws and VT Z tank shear jaws.

Promove jaw sets include, SC shear and PR pulveriser.
